Questions And Answers

What do we do?

We buy clearance, liquidation and wholesale items to resell. Things maybe new, used, customer returns, scratched and dented items, damaged packaging , etc…,

Is this a big company?

No. Just a small business, its only a couple of us here doing what we can with what we got with the time we have.

Are all Items Checked and or tested?

No. There are too many items for just a couple of us to thoroughly check. We try to sort and price things based on condition, list items, provide pictures and update items as we go. If you’d like more info on an items condition, or more pictures, request can be emailed to [email protected]. Just include the name of the item, SKU or EAN. Prices are subject to change, after further item inspections.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item weight, package dimensions and delivery location. Please Note the calculator may not display correct rates on large/heavy items, additional surcharges might apply. If so we will notify you.

What is LTL and FTL?

LTL stands for Less Than Truckload……. Yes….I know clearly should be LTT….. But hey I don’t make up these shipping acronyms. LTL Shipping is used to move larger items like Large Appliances, furniture or items that may require to be shipped by pallet.

FTL means Full Truck Load…. Yep this one makes more sense. FTL Shipping service means shipping using a full semi trailer.

Our page does not calculate LTL/FTL shipping, if an order requires either shipping service Email us.

Do you use Freight Brokers for shipping?

Hell no. Freight Brokers Suck, avoid using them. If you are one don’t call, not soliciting crappy expensive shipping service. No we will not work with YOUR FREIGHT BROKER AGENT if you have one either. Cut them out save money, they just make you BROKER faster.

Right……Why the hate on Freight Brokers?

So basically now a days Freight brokers/Middleman “helps facilitate communication” between someone like say Us (seller/shipper) and you (buyer/receiver) moving goods with FTL/LTL shipping. They take a good large cut out of rate, and pay the actual transportation company a small cut. Basically they just make a couple calls send some emails, enter drivers cellphone numbers into cheap (as in low cost) GPS programs that send automated updates.

Here’s an over simplified example. We’re shipping out a truckload of good from Chicago to a Buyer in Houston, TX. Broker charges say roughly $3300, they post it on a load board broker it to the cheapest available truck nearby for say $1950. They make a few calls, set up automated GPS Tracking then collect paperwork once delivery is made and keep $1350…. FYI Many Freight Brokers use call centers in foreign countries. So besides taking a large cut for not doing much, foreigners… I mean Brokers take the money and THEY ARENT even in the country they are “helping” move the freight in… On top of that they get paid relatively quick, then drag out payment to the WORKING AMERICAN TRUCK DRIVER for 30+ Days…. SOOOOO… CUT OUT THE MIDDLE MAN SAVE MONEY, WORK WITH TRUCKERS DIRECTLY KEEP MONEY HERE, we can figure out shipping without BROKERS.

What conditions are the items?

Item range from New, Open Box, customer returns, Used, Refurbished, salvage items for parts. We will try to note down conditions as best we can and provide as many pictures as we can. Items that are Used, Open Box, Damaged, For Parts, or anything other then NEW will have multiple listings based on inventory/condition.

Might there be any Delays and WHY?

Yes there might be an occasional delay. We changed location a few months back, packed away everything to move and are still sorting things out. So some items might take us a bit more time to get to. Again there’s only a few of us checking, sorting, searching, posting, storing, picking, packing and dropping off items. We try to do the work we can with the time we have.

Why does your site look like that?

I know, our page might look a bit sketchy. We’ve gotten calls from people trying to make sure its legit. We’re not web designers here, we just know we got it running and are posting deals. Will get someone someday to fix things up, once we can budget for it.

What are your processing and shipping times?

Shipping times vary depending on carrier and delivery location, but usually 2-5 days from when we drop off the items. Currently Order processing times are 2-4 days. Orders for larger/heavier items do cause a bit more delay, as it requires 2 people to move and there aren’t to many of us left to pack other orders.

Is there free shipping?

No we don’t offer free shipping. Shipping is never free. NEVER. “Oh yeah well other sites offer free shipping”. Nope, it’s a marketing tactic, they already factor in shipping cost into their sale price for everything even return cost.

Prices seem to low, is it a scam are items legit what’s the catch?

No real catch. Items are listed and priced based on our item cost/condition/quantity/size. Listed Sale Price does not include shipping cost, shipping price calculated in cart, final price given at check out. Review listing information, along with pictures/videos, or request more info if needed to help determine your decision in a purchase.

Do You Offer Any type of Installation Services?

No. We DO NOT offer installation service, appliance removal, appliance exchange, repair service, or any other service. All we do is post and list items at the best price we can, get it shipped to you or figure out how to get it there. We can figure out how to get things shipped by USPS, UPS, LTL, Truck Load, but we do not get things IN to your House/Property. Carrier may do so or may offer third party services, we are not responsible for third party services or damages.

Is RLWarehouse Legit? Why Haven’t we Heard of you Before.

Yeah. Of course why wouldn’t we be. It’s not like we’re putting in all this time to list thousands of items, with thousands of original pictures to appear ILLIGITIMATE. Hey I get the site might not look like its made by a pro. But if you’ve ever made or worked on a website, or sold things online you know how tedious the work is.
