Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Shipping
We try to process orders with in 2-3 business days- excluding weekends and holidays. Currently we only ship orders within the U.S via USPS, UPS delivery times vary by carrier but average between 2-8 days.
- Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Items may be shipped via UPS or USPS, tracking will be provided if available.
- Shipping cost will vary by delivery location.
- Some items may be repackaged or be split in multiple packages in order to reduce shipping cost.
- Local Pick up – If you live nearby our store location, items can be scheduled for pick. Local pick up option should be available at check out depending on product location, if its not send us an email.
- Buyer may arrange pick up/shipping for larger orders at own cost.
- All pick ups are by appointment only. Pick up time will be scheduled and confirmed after payment is made.
- Large/Heavy items (Item dimensions over 30″x30″x30″ or over 150 Lbs) is considered freight and may need to ship on pallet. Order will require Freight Quote.
- We do not offer appliance installation, removal, exchange, or indoor delivery service. Third party carrier may offer additional services at buyers own expense.
